Through partnerships with community-based organizations, local agencies, and county and state programs, we help people access the resources they need to move toward greater independence and achieve their goals.
We help connect individuals and families to housing opportunities, healthcare, public benefits, employment resources, transportation, and other supportive services that promote long-term stability and well-being. Whether someone is facing homelessness, financial hardship, or other barriers, our team provides guidance, advocacy, and practical support every step of the way.
Our Street Outreach team extends this support beyond the office by meeting people where they are. We build trusting relationships with individuals experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable situations, connecting them to emergency assistance, housing, healthcare, and ongoing support with opportunties to hear, see, respond and connect to the Body of Christ.
